Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We recommend using a tracked service for all returns to ensure safe arrival.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us to sales@hanwell-hobbies.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement/refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
