Dispatch Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has cleared.

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK orders to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent tracked service, depending on destination.

Shipping Locations:
We ship worldwide, including Europe, the USA, Canada, and Asia.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees applied in their country.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- UK: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Packaging:
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. RC kits and parts are shipped in sturdy boxes or padded envelopes depending on size and fragility.

Tracking details will be uploaded automatically once your item has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website or your eBay order page.
