Tamiya Fire Dragon/Terra Scorcher Front Shock Tower (Gun Metal)

This front shock tower is an aluminium upgrade for the Tamiya Fire Dragon and Terra Scorcher platforms. Machined in a gun metal finish, it replaces the plastic OEM tower to provide a firmer mounting point for the front suspension and to help maintain geometry under load.

Installation is typical for experienced hobbyists: remove the stock tower, transfer spacers and mount pieces as needed, and secure the new tower using the original screws. Mind thread engagement and use sensible torque settings to avoid damaging chassis threads when tightening into alloy components.

As a tuning item, the tower offers a reliable top-mount for shocks and upper mounts which reduces flex-related shifts in ride height and steering feedback. It is compatible with the common shock arrangements used on Fire Dragon and Terra Scorcher without forcing other part changes.
